You submit your forwarding order, you can no longer change the data. The customer service will help you more but in some exceptional cases:

So you don't pay twice, you should stop your existing forwarding order. Please call customer service at the above number and ask to discontinue the Service. Then, you create a new forwarding order with the correct address:

  2. Then, you select whether the forwarding order to the private or business purposes.
  3. Now, enter the reason for the forwarding order, the duration and the desired start date. Note: The forwarding order may begin no earlier than five days after the booking.
  4. Fill in the remaining fields with your personal data and decide whether packets to be sent.
  5. Finally, click on "add to cart", select a payment method and complete the booking.
