Congstar-password forget – so you get it back
With the following steps, you again get access to the congstar customer area:
- Go to the congstar website and click top right on "my congstar login".
- On the following page, you will be prompted to enter your user name and password. Click forget below the input fields to "password".
- Enter the required data in the form and click on "Next". Note: your customer number can be found, for example, in your contract or on your invoice.
- Congstar will send you an e-Mail with new access data to the address specified in the contract. These new credentials are only 12 hours valid.

What can you do if you don't get any Mail from congstar
