Chrome: enable Javascript - how to

To use Websites with all the features, you need to enable JavaScript. This works in Chrome with just a few clicks.

The Chrome Browser makes it easy for you: In a few steps, you can enable the function or disable.

  1. Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots at the upper right edge of the screen.
  2. Select "settings", scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Advanced".
  3. In the category "privacy and security" find the item "site settings".
  4. Click on "JavaScript" and activate the Controller.

Exceptions for web pages set

If you type JavaScript only for certain sites or certain pages completely want to block, you can do this with just a few clicks.

  • Follow the previous instructions up to the point of "JavaScript".
  • Click either "Block" or "Allow" and enter the URL of the Website.
  • This Website will now be provided with these special arrangements, regardless of whether they have JavaScript enabled.
