Sixt customer service: E-Mail and Hotline

No matter whether you want to rent a car or have any questions about your Sixt rental contract - the customer service helps you in all cases. You can contact the Sixt staff in different Ways:

  • Phone: For reservations and questions to your booking use the phone number + 49 (0) 89 66 060 060. Damage messages will refund you at + 49 (0) 89 24 400 088, and for an accident record, you call the phone number + 49 (0) 89 228 44 888.   • E-Mail: cars you can book with Sixt by e-Mail to "reservierungen@sixt.de". For billing questions, or complaints please use the e-Mail address "kundenbetreuung@sixt.de". If you want a sedan, and sends his request to "limousine@sixt.de".
