NDS emulators for Android in the Google Play Store
In the Google Play Store a couple of emulators for the Nintendo DS to be found. According to reviews and forum discussions many ROMs are not playable. This is primarily due to the (still) low computing power of the Smartphone CPUs. From the reviews here cuts the free nds4droid at best. Alternatives but there are also enough:
- Pretendo NDS Emulator
- Dsoid
- NDS Story
- viDS
However, please note that the Download of copyright-protected Play is legal. So-called Homebrews are illegal if the manufacturer is not a licensed Nintendo developer.
